ALL MEMBERS MUST COMPLY COMPLETELY WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HERE. FWS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE AND/OR REFUSE PAYMENT (PAY-PER-CLICK PROGRAM) TO ANY WEBSITE THAT VIOLATES ANY OF THESE TERMS. 

• Right of Refusal - FWS does not accept websites that contain any of the following: 
  
  Racism or Hate material
  excessive profanity
  Scams of any sort
  
  Any website found with the above material or any other inappropriate material with be immediately removed (without warning) from our network and will forfeit all credit and revenue earned. 

• Code Integrity
   
  Members may not alter the FWS insertion code except to remove centering, the advertising info text link, or modify the page numbers. All other changes must be authorized by a FWS representative. Autospawning of browsers, automatic redirecting of users, blind links, using javascript to force users to click on the banners or any other technique of generating automated click-throughs is strictly prohibited. Our software is specifically designed to locate such websites, if at ANY time FWS finds such a site they will be promply removed from our network and will forfeit all credit and revenue earned. 

• Members  participating in the Pay-per-click program will be paid on the 1st of each month, which will include all money owing up to the end of the previous month (Example: All money earned up to the end of September will be paid on October 1st). No checks will be disbursed for an amount less than $50. If the money owed to the member is less than $50, the amount will be added on to the next months total. 

• Placement
   
  Placement of banners on pages without any content is NOT allowed. Members using our Pay-per-click program may not place more than three (3) banners per page. Members may place banners on as many pages within their website as they wish. 

• Unique Visitors
   
  A "unique visitor" is defined as a maximum of one visit from any person within a 24-hour period to each sponsors website. Members will receive credit for unique visitors only. 

• Automatic Renewal
   
  This contract shall be automatically renewed for successive periods and may be canceled at any time by notification in writing via email. 

• Inflating Traffic
   
  A member may NOT artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using any device, program or any other means. Members may NOT include our insertion code within hidden frames, or pages that are not available to the public (ie: pages requiring passwords).

• Indemnification
   
  Members agree to indemnify and hold FWS harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, expenses, losses, damages and attorney fees arising from any and all claims and lawsuits for libel, slander, copyright, and trademark violation as well as all other claims resulting from host's or advertiser's web pages. 

• Removal from System
   
  FWS reserves the right to remove any members site that is found abusing the network in anyway. This may be in the form of generating click-thru's, clicking on ads multiple times or providing a reward to users who click on the banners. If at any time FWS feels that a site is cheating in anyway they will be removed from the network and all credit will be lost.
